In 2019, following his father’s passing and a lifetime of severe anxiety, Jeff began a deep journey into somatic healing to navigate chronic overwhelm, stress, and nervous system dysregulation. Encouraged by his wife to explore therapy and holistic practices, he discovered the answers he had long been seeking through breathwork, vagus nerve stimulation, Polyvagal Theory, and a new understanding of the sensitivities that had once felt like a burden. Jeff reclaimed his mental, emotional, and physical health, releasing long-held patterns. His transformation became the foundation for his calling. With expertise in trauma‑informed care, personal healing, and study with the Polyvagal Institute and Vagus Nerve Society, Jeff now blends science‑backed techniques with a compassionate, individualized approach to help both adults and children strengthen emotional resilience, improve focus, and develop practical self‑regulation tools. He also teaches meditation as a supportive practice for cultivating presence, emotional balance, and deeper mind‑body awareness. By working with the body’s natural rhythms, Jeff helps clients shift from reactive states—such as anxiety, frustration, or sensory overwhelm—into grounded, confident self‑awareness. His unique combination of lived experience, personal healing, and professional training has supported meaningful change for individuals and families alike. Outside of his work, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two teenage children, finding inspiration and restoration in nature.
